1. Hearing one of my former students walk by telling her friend, "Oh, that's my Miss Ashley, she's really cool." I love being a seven year old's possession :)
2. Reading. Everyday, I'm guaranteed a good hour of my time reading- either reading to kids or with them. Regardless, I get paid to read. (does that make me a professional reader? I think so.)
3. My coworkers. Never in my life have I felt such a sense of "belonging" with the people I work with, nor have I ever laughed as much.
