2. I am proud that I attempted to make lemon dijon crusted salmon tonight (first time cooking salmon, ever!) and it turned out delicious.
3. I am jazzed that we finally have a working washer and I can wash the mountain of clothes that has been sitting in my room for the past 2.5 weeks.
4. I feel accomplished because I chopped up some veggies so that its easier to eat them the rest of this week! (yes - tonight was about cooking and catching up on house stuff... but it was productive!)
"Ok - who wants a banger in the mouth? ... Right, I forgot, here in the states you call it a *sausage* in the mouth."
"... No, we just call it sausage."
