Tomorrow I have the day off (um, woohoo!!!) ... and I will be taking myself out for a day on the town. Shopping, eating and the meeting up with a few girl friends for the grand opening of El Santo Cantina (if anyone else in the area wants to go, let me know! I'd love to meet some local blogger and, of course, the more the merrier!). My Saturday and Sunday have not been set in stone yet, but I know there will be lots of fun, food and fiesta-ing. I feel like its Christmas... but maybe its just Cinco de Mayo. And maybe I'm just having an awesome week.
Hope you are all having an awesome week as well!!

I just started juicing too! But not in a serious way. I don't know how!! (Say in high voice) Thank you for posting your recipes. I love to see what other people are concocting. (Did I spell that right???)
We tried a juice fast but got burnt out quick. It felt like it cost a ton and wasted so much "meat" of the fruits and veggies. I'd like to do smoothies a bit more, but honestly I get lazy with the clean up...
